Striking, grappling and weapon fighting. Krav Maga / Combatives. / Contact Combat class is focused on martial arts for the Self- Defense and survival.

Class is all about personal protection and personal responsibility. We 1st cover non-combative & anti-confrontation referred to as “soft skills”. We focus on building a strong combat foundation, mindset and natural
fighting bio mechanics. We teach the gross motor skills needed to survive. You learn how
and when to strike properly and accurately. You learn to keep your feet with antigrappling, take downs, controls and escapes. The mindset is to always cancel threats where you can and maintain a safe distance.

Dry Drilling
Pad work with partner / Bag work

MUAYTHAI & FITNESS

6PM MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY

Muay Thai is a combat sport that finds its origin in a noble art with antique traditions. It is also the Thai national sport. In Muay Thai competitors fight standing like in Western Boxing, but elbows, knees and kicks strikes are allowed, with the only protection being the glove. An important part of this fighting style is the clinch (standing wrestling). Our Muay Thai class is run by Certified instructors and is a great competitive way to get fit and learn a new fighting style.

MuayThai striking & HIIT based workout. High intensity interval training with lots of kicking and punching. The only person you are fighting is you. This is a non-contact class focused on the skill of striking and the natural fitness that comes with its. Striking is about coordination, speed and agility.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Pure strength training under coach Zanalee This training is for those who have a goal of maximising their strength capabilities. Back squats, dead lift, bench press and strict press as well a fundamental accessory work using kettle bells and body weight training. The core movements in order to build pure strength & core stability whilst still achieving aesthetic results.
